温度对钢材CTOD断裂韧性的仿真实验分析

摘要 由于钢材具有强度高、质量轻、材质均匀、环保可回收利用等诸多优点,被广泛用于桥梁建设中。然而低温环境下钢材的韧性降低,加上钢材内部缺陷、加工工艺等因素的影响,钢结构桥梁易发生脆性断裂。本文采用三点弯曲试样,通过对不同温度下钢材CTOD断裂韧性进行仿真模拟和研究分析,结果表明,在-40℃低温环境下,钢材的断裂韧性变得极差,CTOD值降幅达到257%;为预防钢材的脆性断裂,可以采用P-V曲线和CTOD值来评判钢材断裂韧性的好坏,为钢结构桥梁防脆断措施提供参考作用。 Steel is widely used in bridge construction because of its high strength,light weight,uniform material,environmental protection and recyclability.However,steel structure bridges are prone to brittle fracture due to the decrease of toughness of steel under low temperature environment,and the influence of internal defects of steel and processing technology.In this paper,with adopting the three-point bending specimens,based on the simulation and analysis of CTOD fracture toughness of steel at different temperatures,the results show that the fracture toughness of steel is very poor at-40℃,and the CTOD value decreases by 257%.In order to prevent brittle fracture of steel,P-V curve and CTOD value can be used to judge the fracture toughness of steel,providing reference for brittle fracture prevention measures of steel bridge.
