农业院校食品科学与工程专业强化实践教学措施

摘要 本文针对农业院校特点,为符合卓越工程师教育培养和工程教育认证要求,探讨了强化农业院校食品科学与工程专业实践教学方法,提出了优化实验课程体系、强化实践教学方法、突出SRTP成效、加强校企合作、鼓励自主实习、延伸毕业实习(设计)时段、完善实践教学评价体系等措施,旨在为培养创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的食品类工程技术人才提供参考。 This article in particular discuss how to strengthen the practice teaching measures for the students in the food science and engineering department of agricultural university, and to comply with the outstanding engineering education and engineering education accreditation requirements. The results show that food engineering and technical personnel owned strong innovation ability and meeting the needs of economic and social development can be fostered by optimizing experiment course system, strengthening practice teaching methods and the quality of SRTP, and strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, encouraging extended internships, graduating internships (designs) measures such as hours, perfecting the practical teaching evaluation system etc.
