摘要
本文根据食品科学与工程专业的具体特点,针对该专业的实验教学的教学内容、课程体系、教学模式等几方面存在的问题和不足提出几点建议,旨在为培养新形势下培养合格的人才方案提供参考。
This paper, according to the characteristics of food science and engineering major, aiming at the problems and shortages of the experimental teaching content, curricular system, teaching model puts forward some suggestions in order to provide reference for the cultivation of qualified talents under new situation.
