摘要
本文从用户创建行为角度出发对社会化媒体环境下UGC质量状况进行抽样调查,了解社会化媒体环境下UGC质量现状,分析用户对UGC质量的认知情况以及用户创建内容、习惯、动机与UGC质量之间的关系,试图找出影响UGC质量状况的因素,为UGC质量的管控提供新思路。
From the perspective of user creation behavior,the situation of UGC quality under social media environment is sampled and investigated to grasp the quality status, the relationship between users' perception on the quality of UGC and user-created content, habits, motivation and UGC quality is analyzed, trying to identify the factors affecting quality of UGC and provide new ideas for UGC quality management and control.
