摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理结合中医艾灸技术对宫颈癌根治术后患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响。方法:将宫颈癌根治术后患者76例随机分为两组,每组38例,对照组予西医常规护理,治疗组予舒适护理联合中医艾灸护理,对比两组患者临床舒适度评分、护理满意率及住院时间,且在术后6个月对两组患者进行1次随访,据随访数据比较两组患者术后生存质量改善状况(采取EORTC QLC-C30中文版量表)。结果:治疗结束后治疗组舒适度评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组满意率为94.7%,明显高于对照组的78.9%,而其住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访资料显示,治疗组生活质量改善情况也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理联合中医艾灸技术可有效增强患者术后舒适感、提高术后生存质量,缩短住院时间,提高患者住院满意率,改善远期预后。
Objective： To explore the Efficacy as well as influence on quality of life of comfort nursing combined with moxibustion in patients with cervical cancer after radical operation. Methods： The 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 38 in each. Patients were given comfort nursing care in control group, and comfort nursing combined with moxibustion in the treatment group; the clinical comfort, satisfaction rate and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups, and the patients were followed up for 6 months in two groups; the improvement of life quality （EORTC QLC-C30） was compared between the two groups, according the followed up data. Results： The treatment group showed better comfort score than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate was 94.7% in the treatment group and 78.9% in control group; the treatment group showed higher satisfaction rate well as shorter hospital stay than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The follow-up data showed that the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comfort nursing combined with moxibustion can effectively enhance the postoperative comfort and improve the quality of life, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve patient satisfaction rate, and improve the long-term prognosis, in the treatment of cervical cancer patients after radical operation..
