摘要
指出目前高校人力资源管理专业的人才培养与社会需求之间存在着脱节现象,以莆田学院为例,采用问卷调查辅以SPSS数据统计方法,了解并分析HRM专业学生培养模式现状,借鉴国内外人力资源管理专业学生的一些先进培养做法,提出若干创新探索建议。
The training for the HRM now cannot adapt to the need of society in that training mode. The article take the Putian University as an example, it elaborates the general present situation of the training mode for HRM in the form of the questionnaire survey and questionnaire result analyzed with quantity statistics tool SPSS. The paper studies the current situation of training mode of HRM students, and refers to some advanced training modes of HRM talents home and abroad. It puts forward some suggestion.
