摘要
最低工资制度是由国家强制实施的一项保障低收入员工生活的工资制度。但是最低工资标准如果制定得不合理,将会对国家的经济发展、就业率乃至员工的实际收入都产生负面影响。新西兰实施最低工资制度有超过100年的历史,其最低工资制度相对科学完善。文章通过对新西兰2015年最低工资标准调整方案的背景、调整后对各方面的影响及最终调整标准的确定等方面,进行系统全面的研究,希望可以对我国的最低工资制度形成提供有益的借鉴。
The minimum wage system is a kind of system that a country adopted to ensure the life of low pay work- ers. If the minimum wage standard is stipulated unreasonably, it will have negative impact on the country' s eco- nomic development, employment rate and even the actual income of the workers. The minimum wage system have been implemented in New Zealand for more than 100 years, and it is relatively mature. This article will do system- atic and comprehensive study on the background, scheme, ascertainment and the impact of New Zealand 2015 minimum wage standard adjustment, and provide an enlightenment to our country' s legislation.
