摘要 高职食品营养与检测专业的基础化学教学存在一定的问题,本文就我院的基础化学课程改革提出如何改革课程内容、教学方法及课程考核方式。根据岗位任务设定课程目标、选取教学内容,采用理实一体化教学模式,注重任务驱动法、四阶段法、项目法等手段的运用,并采用多元化考核评价方式,课程改革效果明显,学生学习积极性明显提高,实验技能和职业素养大幅度提升。 There are some problems in the teaching of basic chemistry of food nutrition and detection in higher vocational colleges. How to reform the curriculum content,teaching method and the examination method of the basic chemistry curriculum in our college was put forward. According to the work task,setting the course target,choosing the course content,using the theory of integrated teaching mode,paying attention to the use of task driven method,the four stage teaching,project method,and so on,using the method of diversified assessment,the effect of curriculum reform was obvious,the students' learning enthusiasm was obviously improved,and the experimental skills and professional quality were improved.
