摘要
目的对复杂肘关节骨折脱位患者经单臂铰链式固定架进行辅助固定的效果进行评价。方法随机抽取于2011年10月—2014年10月该院收治的42例复杂肘关节骨折脱位患者研究,其中对照组21例行内固定+石膏治疗,观察组行内固定+支架治疗,对比两组患者的Mayo评分和预后效果。结果经对比,对照组患者的Mayo优良率为57.14%,明显低于观察组的90.48%;且观察组患者的肘关节活动度和前臂旋转度,明显大于对照组,Mayo评分明显高于对照组,组间两项指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复杂肘关节骨折脱位患者采用单臂铰链式固定架进行辅助固定效果显著,可明显患者的肘关节功能,减少术后并发症,安全有效,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of unilateral hinged fixator used for auxiliary fixation for patients with complex elbow fracture dislocation. Methods 42 cases of patients with complex elbow fracture dislocation treated from October 2011 to October 2014 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 21 cases in each, the control group were given in-ternal fixation and plaster therapy and the observation group were given internal fixation and stent therapy, Mayo score and prognosis effect of the two groups were compared. Results By contrast, the excellent and good rate of Mayo of the control group was significantly lower than 90.48%of the observation group;elbow joint activity and forearm swing of the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group, Mayo score was significantly higher than that in the control group, differences in two indicators between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of unilateral hinged fixator used for auxiliary fixation for patients with complex elbow fracture dislocation is obvious, which can significantly improve the elbow joint function of patients and reduce postoperative complications and it has clinical applica-tion value with its safe and effectivity.
