摘要
目的:分析早期综合康复护理干预对策对复杂肘关节骨折术后功能恢复的影响。方法:于2013年2月-2016年11月笔者所在医院收治的复杂肘关节骨折患者中选取70例,将其分为两组,延迟康复护理为对照组患者干预模式,早期综合康复护理为观察组患者干预模式,对两组患者术后功能恢复情况进行对比分析。结果:相对于干预前,两组患者干预后的Mayo肘关节功能评分均不同程度提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合康复护理干预对策能够有效促进复杂肘关节骨折患者术后功能恢复,在临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on functional recovery of complex elbow fracture surgery.Method:From February 2013 to November 2016 in our hospital 70 cases of complex elbow fracture were selected and divided into two groups,control group of patients used delayed rehabilitation nursing intervention,early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients in the observation group.Functional recovery results of two groups of patients were analyzed.Result:Compared with before intervention,two groups of patients with dry Mayo elbow function prognosis score were improved in different degrees,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively promote postoperative functional recovery of complex elbow fracture patients,and is worthy of extensive promotion in clinical.
