摘要
运用马斯洛需求层次理论,经过多方收集资料并结合现有相关研究结论对目前我国老年人的养老服务需求进行了分析,得出以下结论:老年人对与日常生活和身体健康密切相关的生理需要和安全需要的需求迫切;老年人对社交、尊重和自我实现的需求的满足是他们获得高质量的老年生活的重要来源;目前的老年服务产品和公共服务设施还无法充分满足老年人的需求。并从政府、家庭和养老机构三个方面提出了一些建议。
Products and services that are related to pension service are more and more focused on recent years as the population aging situation intensified in our country. But now the products and services provided in this market can not meet the old＇s needs very well. The main reason is that the products and services provided now are designed without taking the needs of the elderly into full consideration. This paper briefly analyses the pension service demands of the elderly based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs. And it applies documents and data that are collected from the Internet and the scholars＇ researches related, then draw the following conclusions： the physiological needs and the safety needs are the elderly most needed demands; the main source of a high quality life of old men is their social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs are well satisfied; the pension service products and public pension service facilities that already have can＇t meet such amount old population＇s needs. And then this article gives some suggestions from the aspects of the government, the family and the pension agencies.
