摘要
通过对仓库空间进行合理化、科学化规划,有利于库存货品处理合理,促使成本比例的分配得以优化,进而可使得仓储在物流成本中最大化的减小,即为管理仓储的目的。仓储的调度具快速、高效的特点,可实现仓储空间合理规划的目标,在最佳时机实现仓储货品的价值,进而达到商品仓储在时间与空间的价值目的。文中在我国现代化仓储管理现状与缺陷的基础上进行分析,旨在阐述其发展趋势,并提出管理应对措施。
