摘要
名师是教育改革和发展的领军力量,名师的发展更能带动和激发整个教师队伍的发展。对近年来名师研究的CSSCI期刊文献进行了梳理和分析,认为我国名师发展研究已经形成了日渐清晰的研究领域,研究的理性不断增强,但研究科学性、研究系统性和研究队伍建设亟待加强。将来的名师研究需要进一步厘清研究基本概念,强化研究问题意识,增强研究方法的多样性。
Eminent teachers are leading forces of education development, whose contribution can provide impetus to the development of all teachers. Then what is the present condition of the research? And what problems are we confronted with? With an analysis of the dada of CSSCI journal articles, the authors of this paper hold that though there has been forming an enlarging domain of eminent teacher research, greater efforts need to be made to make the research both more scientific and systematic, and the construction of research teams is strengthened as well.
