摘要
根据装配式钢-混凝土组合梁桥道板快速安装的工程需求,提出水平布置的装配式剪力钉。为了研究装配式剪力钉的抗剪刚度问题,进行推出试验。为选定合适的抗剪刚度公式,论述了国内、外常规剪力钉抗剪刚度计算方法的适用性和优缺点,并根据试验结果对现有抗剪刚度计算公式进行了分类。分析两类试件的抗剪刚度,发现:与常规剪力钉相比,装配式剪力钉的抗剪刚度均较大,正常使用极限状态下二者的抗剪刚度相差最明显。最后引入剪力钉抗剪刚度退化率的概念,用以分析组合构件在荷载作用下不同阶段的抗剪刚度变化特性。
An innovative horizontal-arrangement of shear studs was proposed for prefabricated composite beam, in response to the engineering demand for the fast installation of precast decks on steel and concrete composite bridges. Two groups of comparative push-off tests were carried out to demonstrate the shear stiffness of the prefabricated shear stud. Searching for the suitable shear stiffness formula of the studs shear stiffness, the applicability, the advantages and the disadvantages of calculation methods both at home and abroad were discussed. And the existing shear stiffness calculation formulas were classified, according to the test results of the conventional shear studs. Moreover, through the shear stiffness analysis, it was found that compared with the conventional shear studs, the prefabricated shear studs' shear stiffness is larger, and the disparity between the two shear studs was the most remarkable for the serviceability limit state. Finally, the shear stiffness degradation rate of shear studs was introduced to analyze the shear stiffness variation characteristics of composite components in different loading stages.
