异种金属之间性能上的差别可能很大,焊接比同种金属焊接要困难得多。介绍了沥青搅拌站中的TH型干燥筒壳体的制作过程,铸钢与低合金钢焊接时,进行刚性固定,以减小焊接变形;选择焊接材料和焊接工艺,以得到力学性能优良的焊缝,从而使产品焊接质量能够满足技术要求。
There can be great difference of properties between dissimilar metals,so the welding of dissimilar metals is more difficult than that of the similar metal. The production process of TH drying cylinder shell of asphalt mixing station was introduced. The welding of cast steel to low alloy steels was discussed. The welding deformation was reduced by rigid fixation and excellent mechanical properties of weld were obtained by selecting the proper welding material,so that the welding quality of products can meet the technical requirements.
