摘要
从增强自我效能感的角度,提出一种提高瑜伽教学质量的方法,旨在验证自我效能感对瑜伽教学是否具有促进作用.采用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计法进行研究,结果发现,施加了自我效能感因素的实验组学生在瑜伽结业考试中的成绩高于对照组学生的成绩,实验组学生对瑜伽课的评价高于对照组学生的评价.这说明,学生自我效能感的增强可以提高高校瑜伽课的教学质量.
In this paper, a method based on self-efficiency is proposed to improve the quality of Yoga teaching, which aims to verify whether self-efficiency can help to promote yoga teaching. Various methods of literature data, experiment, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics have been adopted in the study. The results show that the students in the experimental group, in which self-efficient factors have been imposed, have higher scores than those in the control group. Moreover, the evaluation of Yoga classes offered by the students in the experimental group is also higher than that in the control group. This indicates that the enhancement of students' self-efficiency can improve the teaching quality of Yoga classes in Colleges and universities.
