摘要
作者应用胶体金技术和单克隆抗体1A7E7和2F9D4成功地对钩体抗原进行了超微定位的研究,发现胶全金颗粒主要分布于钩体外膜部位,提示1A7E7和2F9D4所识别的抗原位于钩体外膜,为研究钩体抗原的超微定位提供了可行的方法。
The rabbit anti-mouse antibodies weresuccessfully labelled with colloidal gold.The distribution of leptospiral antigens inultrastructure was researched with McAbsand labelled antibodies. It was found thatcolloidal gold particles were mainly distri-buted at the outer membrane of leptospiralstrain O17 cells, which indicated that theantigens recognized by McAbs 1A7E7, and2F9D4 were localized at the outer membraneof leptospiral cells.It was thought that col-loidal technique would provide a methodfor research on the antigen distribution ofleptospiral cells in ultrastructure.
