摘要 目的:探讨三阴性乳腺癌患者Ki-67和p53表达的临床病理特征。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测111例三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)组织和111例非三阴性乳腺癌(NTNBC)组织中Ki-67和p53的表达情况,分析其与各临床病理特征的关系。结果:TNBC组Ki-67的阳性表达率高于NTNBC组,Ki-67强阳性表达患者明显多于NTNBC组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组p53表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况的患者Ki-67、p53表达情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同病理组织类型患者的Ki-67表达情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而p53表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);伴髓样特征的癌Ki-67强阳性表达率高于非特殊型浸润性癌及其他类型癌,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ki-67在TNBC中呈明显高表达,在TNBC中Ki-67表达与病理组织类型相关。 Objective:To investigate the clinicopathologic feature of Ki-67 and p53 expressions in patients with triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Method:Ki-67 and p53 expressions of breast cancer samples collected from 111 cases of breast cancer and 111 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Result:The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was higher than that in the NTNBC group,the number of patients with strongly positive expression of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was more than that in the NTNBC group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).The difference in p53 expression of the two groups were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).The differences in the expression situation of Ki-67 and p53 in different ages,different tumor sizes,different TNM stages,different situation of lymphatic metastasis were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).The expression situation of Ki-67 in different nosology types was statistically significant(P〈0.01).The difference in the expression situation of p53 in different nosology types was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).The strongly positive expression rate of Ki-67 in medullary carcinoma was higher than non-special type invasive carcinoma and other types of cancer,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Ki-67 is highly expressed in TNBC and its expression is closely related with histological types.
