摘要
健全国家语言文字法律体系对于国家、民族、国民以及政治文明建设、文化强国建设等有着多维价值。国家语言文字法律体系的健全,于国家、于民族、于法治、于国民均有着重要的战略价值,更是推动历史前进、因应社会生活动态发展的现实需要;国家语言文字法律体系的健全,不仅具有理论层面的跨学科学术研究价值和实践层面的多领域实践应用价值,而且在对外实现文化安全保障和对内平衡各方利益等重要方面都具有着不可替代的重要作用。总之,健全我国语言文字法律体系,是发展我国语言文字事业的现实选择与历史必然。
Perfecting the legal system of the national language has a multi-dimensional value to the construction of the country, the nations, the citizens, the political civilization, the cultural power and so on. The perfection of legal system is not only an important strategic value to the country, the nations, the legal institutions, and the citizens, but also a practi- cal requirement, with the dynamic development of the social life, of the motive power of the development of history. The perfection of legal system of the national language not only has the theoretical value of interdisciplinary research and the applicable value of the practice of multiple fields, but also plays an irreplaceable and important role in areas of safeguard- ing culture externally and balancing the interests internally. In sum, perfecting the legal system of national language is both the realistic choice and the historical necessity of the development of the Chinese language.
