摘要
新型城镇化导致产业集群趋势日趋明显,且对国家的工业化、现代化进程作用巨大。产业通过集群促使社会人力资本产生集聚效应,为农民工的职业转移理论和实践研究提供了全新视角。从产业集群对农民工职业转移的集聚功能和教育培训功能等两个方面入手进行分析发现,新型城镇化进程中产业集群对农民工的职业转移具有较强的指导作用,有利于提高农民工职业转移速度、规模和稳定性,优化农民工职业转移的结构。
During the process of urbanization, industrial cluster is more and more significant, which has vast effect on national industrialization. Industry cluster has intrinsic function of human capital accumulation, and also provides a new perspective for research on peasant workers. Through analysis of the function of agglomeration and education training in industrial cluster of peasant workers＇ professional transferring, further discusses the new type urbanization in industrial cluster of peasant workers transfer mechanism, and the results show that industrial cluster has a relatively great effect on the peasant workers＇ profession transferring： it can accelerate the professional transfer speed and scale in peasant workers, enhance the stability of the profession transferring in peasant workers and optimize the structure of profession transferring in peasant workers, etc.
