摘要 肝纤维化(Hepatic Fibrosis,HF)是一个病理生理过程,是指由各种原因(病毒性肝炎、酒精肝、脂肪肝、自身免疫性疾病等)所致肝内结缔组织异常增生。如果病因长期不能去除,各种慢性肝病就会通过纤维化的过程向肝硬化、肝癌发展。肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)是肝脏特有的间充质细胞。研究表明肝星状细胞的激活、增殖是肝纤维化发生的中心环节,因此抑制其增值和活化与促进其凋亡是抗肝纤维化治疗的重要方向。现对目前针对肝星状细胞抗肝纤维化治疗的研究进展予以综述。 Liver fibrosis (Hepatic Fibrosis, HF) is a pathophysiological process is defined by a variety of reasons (viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, fatty liver, autoimmune diseases, etc.) caused by intrahepatic connective tissue dysplasia. If you can not remove the cause of the long-term, chronic liver disease will be through a process of fibrosis to cirrhosis, liver cancer development. Hepatic stellate cells (hepatic stellate cell, HSC) is a liver-specific mesenchymal cells. Studies have shown that activation of hepatic stellate cells, proliferation is the central link of liver fibrosis, and therefore inhibits their proliferation and induce apoptosis is activation of hepatic fibrosis important direction. Now research progress against hepatic stellate cells of hepatic fibrosis treatment to be reviewed.
