肝窦星状细胞的激活与凋亡 被引量:1

摘要 肝纤维化是一种病理状态,多种病因均可引发肝病导致纤维化乃至肝硬化.肝纤维过程中,肝细胞、肝窦星状细胞、Kupffer细胞和窦内皮细胞均参与肝纤维化的形成,其中以星状细胞的活化作用最重要.肝纤维化是可以逆转的,这一观点现已被广泛接受[1].近年来的研究表明肝纤维化逆转过程中肝窦星状细胞的凋亡很重要.本文就肝窦星状细胞的激活与凋亡对纤维化的影响作一综述.
