脂肪酸合成酶调节机制的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,随着对恶性肿瘤的深入研究,在人类许多恶性肿瘤细胞中发现脂肪酸合成增加,而过去人们认为脂肪酸的生物合成是正常的能量合成形式。该合成过程中的关键酶:脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FASN)使肿瘤细胞的内源性脂肪酸的生物合成发生了明显变化,后者可对肿瘤细胞的生存产生重要的作用,提供了肿瘤细胞生存所需的能量及结构物质,而且与肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭及患者预后密切相关。这些发现让人们对FASN产生新的认识,使得该酶的研究成为肿瘤研究的热点,其可能对肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。该文现就其目前的研究状况作一综述。
