摘要
目的测定藏茵陈等5种治疗赤巴病藏药中24种无机元素的含量;探讨所测元素中10种人体必需微量元素和4种人体必需常量元素分布与治疗赤巴病藏药的临床功效的关系。方法用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)。结果治疗赤巴病的5种藏药中富含人体必需微量元素Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu和常量元素Na,Mg,K,Ca,且这些元素的分布模式具有一定的规律:Fe>Mn,Zn>Cu。结论治疗赤巴病藏药的临床功效与其所含元素的分布具有一定的关系。这为揭示治疗赤巴病藏药的药效与其部分基础物质的关系提供了依据。
Objective To determine 24 elements in Tibetan herbal drugs for curing CHI BAN deceases, and to investigate the distribution mode of 10 essential micro - elements and 4 essential macro - elements. Method Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry was adopted. Results The results showed that the contents of calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, zinc, manganese and copper were abundant, and the distribution mode of these elements were Fe 〉 Mn, Zn 〉 Cu. Conclusion There exist some relationship between the clinic effect of CHI and its elements.
