摘要
针对高校学困生存在的转化问题,我们引入三阶段转化模型(TSTM)。该模型创新性地关注学困生转化的三阶段:从中学进入大学,大学期间学术的和社会的变化管理,以及离开大学进入职场。TSTM模型对于我国高校学困生转化有三方面启示:建立学困生转化专门机构、关注学困生转化的"两个过渡期"和加强学困生转化工作人员队伍的培训。
This paper introduces the Three -Stage Transition Model (TSTM) to solve the ques- tions about college students with learning difficulties. This model has paid innovative attention to three transformation periods: entrance into college from high middle school, management of academic and social changes during college, and departure from college into workplace. The enlightenments of TSTM to the transition of students with difficulties in Chinese universities are as follows: the establishment of specialized agencies; close attention to the two transitional peri- ods; and, strengthening the training of staff team.
