摘要
在产业转型升级背景下提升就业能力对人文社会科学专业的学生具有现实意义,结合就业能力和人文社会科学的特点,将就业能力教育嵌入专业课程之中,并根据ADDIE模式,从分析、设计、开发、实施、评估五阶段全面改革专业课程与教学模式,提高人文社会科学专业教学的实效性,同时使得就业能力教育具备可操作性。
Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading, enhancing employ- ability has a practical significance for social science students. This paper analyzes the characteristics of employability and social science, embedding employability education into professional courses. According to ADDIE （Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation） mod- el, comprehensive reform of professional curriculum and teaching mode will be implemented through the ADDIE stages with the aim of improving the teaching effectiveness of humanities and social science and making employability education more operable.
