从分析海尔管理创新的内部环境入手 ,着重阐述了以市场链为纽带的业务流程再造模式的运作机理 ,指出了海尔管理创新的具体体现 ,并从经济学角度进一步对海尔的业务流程再造模式作了深入分析。
To begin with, the thesis analyses the internal conditions of the Haier's Managerial innovation, and then emphatically expounds the BPR mode by the link of market chain, points out the concrete embodiments of Haier's managerial innovation,at length further makes a thorough analysis on the mode of Haier's Business Process Re-engineering from the viewpoint of economics.
