系统性红斑狼疮女性病人压力源与抑郁情绪的相关性研究 被引量：19

摘要 [目的]探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)女性病人压力源与抑郁情绪的相关性。[方法]采用自制压力源问卷和抑郁自评量表对我院风湿免疫科160例SLE女性病人进行调查并对结果进行分析。[结果]病人压力源总分15.5分±3.0分,67例(41.9%)病人存在抑郁情绪。病人压力源总分及各压力源与抑郁情绪均呈正相关(P<0.01)。逐步回归分析显示,压力源中身体形象紊乱、家庭及婚育负担、经济负担对病人抑郁情绪的发生有影响。[结论]医护人员应重视对SLE女性病人压力源的评估,并根据病人的个体情况予以心理辅导和健康教育,以减轻病人的抑郁情绪。
