摘要
[目的]了解临床护士情绪智力和创新行为的现状及相关性,为提高护士创新行为提供依据。[方法]采用情绪智力量表(WLEIS)和护士创新行为量表对682名临床护士进行调查。[结果]护士情绪智力得分为3.73分±0.62分,创新行为得分为3.25分±0.64分,均处于中等水平;情绪智力各维度与创新行为各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.01);职务、情绪调节、情绪运用、识别他人情绪是护士创新行为的影响因素。[结论]临床护士情绪智力越高,创新行为表现越突出,护理管理者应采取措施培养护士的情绪智力,从而提高其创新行为水平。
Objective:To know about the status quo and correlation between emotional intelligence and innovative behavior in nurses,so as to provide the basis for improving their innovative behavior. Methods. A total of 682 nurses received survey by using Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale(WLEIS) and Nurses' Innovative Behavior Scale. Results: The score of nurses' emotional intelligence was 3.73 ± 0.62, and that of innovative behavior was 3.25±0.64, which were all at the medium level; the scores of all dimensions of emotional intelli- gence were positively correlated with each dimension of innovative behavior(P-0.01) ;the post, emotion regulation, emotion use and recognition of others' emotions were the influence factors of the nurses' innovation behavior. Conclusion. The higher the emotional intelligence of clinical nurses was, the more prominent the performance of innovative behavior was, the nursing managers should take measures to cultivate the emotional intelligence of nurses, so as to improve their level of innovative behavior.
