摘要
介绍了浓硫酸清净乙炔的工艺流程和工艺优点,针对运行过程中出现的酸雾捕集器被白色物质堵塞问题,认为白色物质是碳酸氢铵与氯离子发生反应生成的氯化铵,为此采用碳酸氢钠代替碳酸氢铵作为聚合缓冲剂,并将精馏尾气吸附装置的解吸气由去乙炔气柜改送至乙炔总管,解决了设备堵塞的问题。
Process flow and technological advantages of acetylene purification with concentrated sulfuric acid were introduced. Acid mist eliminator was blocked by white substance during operation. The white substance was found to be ammonium chloride which formed by reaction of ammonium bicarbonate with chloride ion. Therefore, ammonium bicarbonate was replaced with sodium bicarbonate as the poly- merization buffer, and desorption gas of rectification tail gas adsorption device was sent to acetylene duct instead of to acetylene gas holder, thus the problem of blockage was solved.
