摘要
介绍了浓硫酸清净乙炔工艺的运行情况、控制要点及针对运行过程中出现的清净塔温度上升、中和塔换碱频繁、废酸处理困难等问题采取的相应解决措施。认为浓硫酸清净乙炔工艺与次氯酸钠清净乙炔工艺相比,具有成本低、节水、电石渣易处理等优点。
The running situation and control points of purification of acetylene with concentrated sulfuric acid were introduced. The problems occurred in the running process, such as temperature rising of purification tower, frequently replacing caustic soda solution in neutralizing tower, and difficult disposal of waste acid, were solved by taking corresponding measures. Compared with the purification of acety- lene with sodium hypocMorite, the concentrated sulfuric acid process has the advantages such as low cost, water saving and easy disposal of carbide slag.
