摘要
广大青年学生是实现"中国梦"的主体力量,处于世界观、人生观和价值观形成的关键时期。高校辅导员作为大学生成长、成才的领路人,应当率先垂范,自觉践行社会主义核心价值观,同时,结合主题班会、校训文化、道德模范及第二课堂等途径让社会主义核心价值观涵养大学生的精神世界,使其真正成为凝聚大学生精神正能量的"磁源"。
The young students are the main force to realize the ＂China dream＂. They are also at critical pe- riod of the formation of the world outlook, outlook on life and values. As the leaders of the way for the undergradu- ates to grow up and to become a useful person, the university counselors should practice consciously the socialist core values. At the same time, the university counselors should make a conservation for the undergraduates＇spiritu- al world by the way such as the topic classmeeting, the school motto culture, the moral model and the second class- room and then make it become a real magnetic source to condense ＂positive energy＂ of the undergraduates spirit.
