摘要
高职院校大学生就业力高低影响着大学生的就业前景,本文分析了高职院校大学生的就业现状,在此基础上探究影响大学生就业力的因素,并提出提升高职院校大学生就业力的对策。
The employment ability of college students in higher vocational colleges has the influence on the employment prospects of university students. This paper analyzes the employment status of the students in higher vocational colleges and the factors that influence the employment of college students and the countermeasures of im- proving the employment power of college students in higher vocational colleges are analyzed.
