摘要
在西方关系联结理论基础上,引入中国社会特有的"关系"变量,构建了包括西方关系变量、中国本土关系变量和信任在内的产学研联盟关系品质影响因素结构方程模型,并利用117份有效样本数据,对所建立的理论模型进行了实证检验。结果表明:西方关系联结中的社会性联结与结构性联结对信任有显著正影响,但功能性联结对信任影响不显著;中国社会关系网络中的情感性关系与工具性关系对信任有显著正影响,其中,工具性关系影响效果较大;信任对产学研联盟伙伴间关系品质有显著正影响。
Based on Western social network connections, this paper introduces the special guanxi of Chinese community to the study about relational quality of production-education-research strategic alliance, and constructs a structural equation model （SEM） considering the Western relations variables, local variables of China, trust and relational quality in the model together. So the purpose here is to explore a little further into the causal relationship about these factors. There are effective questionnaires of 117 copies, using these data to test the theoretical model, the results show that social bonds and structural bonds are critical factors to trust, emotional relationship and instrumental relationship also show direct influence on trust, and instrumental relationship is more important, these factors influence the relational quality of production-education-research strategic alliance through trust. However, the relationship between functional bonds and trust is not significant. These results provide a theoretical basis for maintenance relationships of production-education-research strategic alliance in China.
