净水污泥对水中氨氮的吸附效能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用自来水厂产生的废弃物——净水污泥制备吸附剂,研究了吸附剂制备条件及改性方法对氨氮去除效果的影响。通过EDX、XRD、FTIR、SEM和BET分析可知,净水污泥富含金属元素,表面粗糙,比表面积较大。正交试验结果表明,当焙烧温度为500℃、焙烧时间为3 h、净水污泥吸附剂的粒径为125~150μm时,净水污泥吸附剂对模拟废水中氨氮的去除效果最佳。分别采用酸、碱、盐对净水污泥进行改性,发现经3种物质改性的净水污泥吸附剂对氨氮的去除效果均优于未改性净水污泥,且碱改性净水污泥的去除效果最优,对氨氮的吸附量是未改性净水污泥的2.13倍。分别将吸附试验数据与Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程拟合,得出净水污泥对氨氮的吸附符合Langmuir方程。 The paper is intended to introduce its research results on the way to improve the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen in wa- ter by water treatment residual sludge (WTRS), which is actually a kind of by-product of water processing plant. For the purpose of bet- ter resource utilization, we have chosen WTRS samples from a water- treating plant in Suzhou New and High-Tech Zone as adsorbent to re- move the excessive ammonia nitrogen from the water. We have also made a detailed investigation of the different preparation conditions and modification methods of WTRS particles on the adsorption effi- ciency of ammonia nitrogen. The adsorbent materials have been tested and examined by EDX, XRD, FTIR, SEM and BET specific test techniques to identify their natural features and surface structures. The results of our tests show that WTRS is abundant in heavy metal contents and enjoys a rough surface with large specific area. The or- thogonal test helps us to identify the optimal conditions for preparing WTRS as adsorbents. The results also demonstrate that the appropri- ate adsorption capacity can be achieved under the conditions whengthe WTRS particles are in a size of 125 - 150 m, which can be roasted at the temperature of 500 ℃ for 3 h. The WTRS particles should then be modified by HC1, NaOH and NaC1, respectively so as to enhance their ammonia nitrogen adsorption capacity. And, consequently, the modification results prove to be fit and favorable for the ammonia ni- trogen adsorption. What is more, alkali-modified sludge has turned out to be of the greatest potential for the ammonia nitrogen removal. The uptake efficiency of ammonia nitrogen by the said alkali-modified WTRS can be made as 2.13 times high as that of the unmodified one when the mass fraction of NaOH is chosen as 5 % . Langmuir and Freund[ich adsorption isotherms can also be made in the adsorption process.
