摘要
通过羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)作为黏结剂制备蒙脱石/活性炭复合吸附剂,并通过单因素法探讨不同吸附时间、不同复合吸附剂添加量和反应温度对废水中氨氮的吸附效果影响。结果表明,当羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)添加量为10%时,制备的复合吸附剂散失率较低,同时对氨氮吸附率最高。通过添加10%羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)黏结的蒙脱石/活性炭复合吸附剂,当反应时间为60 min,吸附剂用量为8.0 g/L,反应温度为30℃时,分别可以达到复合吸附剂对氨氮的最大吸附率。
In this study,montmorillonite/activated carbon composite adsorbent was prepared by using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as binder,and the effect of different adsorption time,addition amount and reaction temperature on ammonia nitrogen in wastewater was investigated by single factor method.The result show that when the amount of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)is 10%,the dispersion rate of composite adsorbent is low,and the adsorption rate of ammoia nitrogen is the highest.By adding 10%carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC)bonded montmorillonite/activated carbon composite adsorbent,when the reaction time is 60min,the amount of adsorbent is 8.0g/L,and the reaction temperature is 30℃,the maximum adsorption rate of ammonia nitrogen can be achieved respectively.
