摘要
当前配电网设备利用率尚缺少全面评价方法,且指标冗余、计算量较大。提出了一种配电网设备利用率的综合评价方法。首先,从供电可靠性、网络结构、负载供电能力和负荷特性四个配电网影响因素中提取出若干因素;然后,构建一种层次分析法与改进熵权法的主客观相结合的设备利用率综合评价方法;最后,对广东某地区中压配电网的设备利用率进行评估。算例计算结果表明,该评估方法能有效地评价配电网设备的利用率,为提高电网经济性、电网规划和改造工作提供参考依据。
Current distribution network equipment utilization rate lacking comprehensive evaluation methods and the situation of index redundancy and large amount of calculation, a comprehensive evaluation method of the equipment utilization rate of medium voltage distribution network is put forward. First of all, we refine a plurality of distribution network equipment utilization evaluation index from the four aspects of the reliability of power supply, network structure, load supplying capacity and load characteristics and the development. Secondly we put forward a kind of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the improved entropy method combining the utilization rate of equipment comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the results of the medium voltage distribution network in a certain area of Guangdong calculation show that this evaluation method can effectively evaluate the equipment utihzation rate and provide technical means for the basic power grid planning and reconstruction work.
