摘要
粳糙米在4个月的气调储藏后启封,在原有温度条件下又进行2个月的常规储藏,品质仍会延续启封前趋势继续变化,低温下品质变化的速率也会随时间延长而增大,储藏温度越高则品质变化越快。因此,启封后的糙米应尽快加工销售,若需储存可在低温下进行短期保管,时间过长仍会影响糙米品质。
After 4 months unsealed and conventional storage for 2 months under the condition of the original temperature, the quality of Japonica rice will continue to change. The rate of quality change with the trend of low temperature also will increase with the extension of time, the quality change is the faster with the storage temperature higher. Therefore, unsealed Japonica rice should processing and sale as soon as possible. If they need stored, low temperature and short-term are essential, but long-term stored will influence the quality of Japonica rice.
