摘要
研究浙江省多种不同优质水稻品种在不同储存条件下的储存质量,研究内容有助于优化高温高湿地区稻谷的储存方法并建立有效的标准.7种不同的优质晚稻谷分别通过常规储藏、准低温储藏和充氮储藏一年后进行储存品质评估,检测指标包括脂肪酸值、食味品质、发芽率、新鲜度和直链淀粉含量.通过检测储藏前后的稻谷储存品质指标,对比了三种储藏方式的效果,证实准低温储藏和充氮储藏后稻谷的储存品质高于常规储藏,并且准低温储藏在多数指标上优于充氮储藏.在本文评价的多项储存品质控制指标中,脂肪酸值能够最灵敏地体现稻谷储存品质的变化.本试验的7种优质晚稻品种中,甬优9号是具有最佳耐储藏性的粳籼杂交稻.在两种晚粳米品种中,嘉花1号的耐储藏性高于秀水134.
This work studies the storage quality of different paddy species in Zhejiang province and the results could help to establish guidelines for achieving optimal storing condition in high temperature regions that suffer from quality loss of paddy.The storage qualities of 7 high quality paddy species were tested under both quasi-low temperature storage and nitrogen-filled storage for one year.Fatty acid value,taste evaluated value,germination rate,fresh degree and amylose content were tested to provide an overall evaluation of paddy quality before and after storage.Compared with conventional storing method,the results showed that both quasi-low temperature storage and nitrogen-filled storage were effective for maintaining the quality of paddies.In general,the paddies stored under quasi-low temperature displayed better storage quality than those under nitrogen-filled atmosphere,whereas the increase in fatty acid value was the most sensitive feature in the evaluation of the storage quality.Among the storage tolerance of 7 selected rice species,Yong you 9 had the best storage tolerance in five indica-japonica hybrid rice species,while Jia hua 1 had better storage tolerance than Xiu shui 134 in these two late japonica rice.
