摘要
影响我国乳原料与乳制品质量安全控制的因素有外部环境污染的影响、饲料添加剂的影响、有害微生物的侵入、人为操作,等等,分析其影响因素,提出乳原料与乳制品质量安全控制的有效措施,包括企业不断强化乳原料生产质量的提高工作,不断强化乳制品流通、销售环节的质量安全控制,不断强化乳制品的检测工作、保证乳制品的质量安全,加强乳品质量安全追溯体系建设。
Factors affecting quality safety control of dairy products are external environmental pollution, feed additives, harmful microbes invasion, man-made operation. By analyzing the influencing factors, this paper proposed effective measures to quality safety control of dairy products, including strengthen production quality improvement of raw materials, improve the flow of dairy products and quality safety control of the sales section, enhance the detection of dairy products to ensure quality safety of dairy products, and promote quality safety traceability system construction.
