摘要 针对某药柱压制设备称药装置中存在的微量药剂精度要求问题,介绍一种直线振动送料器与伺服螺旋加料相结合的微量药剂称量技术。描述某自动药柱压制设备的机械机构和控制系统的基本组成,突出螺旋加料的结构设计特点、闭环称量控制技术及提前量预估技术,得出应用结果并进行分析。应用结果表明:该微量药剂称量技术能保证称量精度在±1 mg以内,满足设备的称量要求,且具有自动化程度高、安全可靠和操作方便等优点,可推广应用于其他同类称量设备中。 Aiming at the requirements of micro amount medicament accuracy of weighting device in certain type grain pressing device, introduce a micro amount medicament weighting technology which combined linear vibration feeder with servo spiral feeding. Describe the component of mechanical structure and control system of certain type auto grain pressing device. Emphasis on structure design feature of spiral feeding, close loop weighting technology and initial lead forecasting technology, acquire application results and carry out analyzing. The application results show: the micro amount medicament weighting technology can ensure accuracy of weighing in ±1 mg, meet equipment weighing requirements, and has a high degree of automation, safe and reliable, and the advantages of convenient operation, can be applied in other similar weighing equipment.
