摘要
设计了一种多种类物料自动配料称量设备,通过可编程序控制器对送料、配料、称量进行闭环控制,引入多余物料质量补偿方法,由此提高称量精度。介绍了多种类物料自动配料称量设备的结构和工作过程,分析了控制系统,并进行了对比试验。多种类物料自动配料称量设备的称量误差在±3g范围内的概率达到97%,可以应用于需要多种类物料配料的流水线。
A kind of automatic batching and weighing equipment for various types of materials was designed,and the feeding,batching and weighing were controlled in a closed-loop manner through the programmable logic controller,and the quality compensation method of excess material was introduced,so as to improve the weighing accuracy.The structure and working process of automatic batching and weighing equipment for various types of materials were introduced,the control system was analyzed,and the comparative test was carried out.The probability of weighing error of automatic batching and weighing equipment for various types of materials in the range of+3 g reaches 97%,which can be applied to the assembly line that requires a variety of material batching.
