摘要
[目的/意义]为了明确图书情报专业人才在管理咨询实务中的定位与作用。[方法/过程]通过文献调研和从业者的实例进行归纳分析。[结果/结论]研究结果显示图书情报专业人才在管理咨询实务中是不可或缺的辅助人员,其扮演着文献资料保障中心、信息检索分类枢纽、知识管理中心的角色。同时发挥了保障项目文献的真实性、有效性、完整性、权威性、时效性,缩短项目周期及提升知识共享水平的作用。
[ Purpose/Significance ] In order to make clear the positioning and function of library and information professionals in management consulting practice. [ Method/Process] This paper conducts a literature review and an in-depth case analysis of practitioners. [ Resuit/Conclusion] Research results show that library and information professionals are indispensable assistants in management consulting practices ： they play roles of information support guarantee, information retrieval and classification hub and knowledge management center. Meanwhile they contribute a lot in securing the authenticity, validity, integrity, authority and timeliness of consulting project, thus effec- tively shorten the project cycle and improve the level of knowledge sharing.
