摘要
阐述图书馆学专业学生职业竞争力的内涵,认为其核心因素是专业技能和专业知识。以笔者本科期间的实习经历为基础,介绍中山大学图书馆学本科教育中以提高职业竞争力为导向的实习体制,包括课程实习、课外活动与毕业实习三部分。指出图书馆学本科实习需要注意的问题:加强与图书情报机构的合作;合理选用和组合实习方式;注重以人文精神为核心的职业价值观教育。
The paper expounds the connotations of professional competitive power of students who major in library science.Based on the author＇s experience during the period of undergraduate study in Sun Yat-sen University,it introduces the practice system of library science which is oriented to improve professional competitive power and includes curriculum practice,activities after school and graduate practice.The paper emphasizes that undergraduate practice of library science calls for improving the cooperation with library and information organizations,choosing and assembling practice modes reasonably and paying attention to the education of professional values centered on humanism.
