摘要
学院目标管理工作遵循以目标管理为基础的绩效分配制度,确保学校整体发展目标的实现,促进了学校规模、质量、结构、效益的协调可持续发展。本文通过对高校目标管理的特征分析,结合南京航空航天大学学院目标管理的实践情况,总结了工作过程中的经验和启示,探究如何构建科学可行、竞争有序的高校目标管理体系。
School management by objectives follows the performance distribution system based on managementby objectives, which can ensure the realization of the overall development goal of the university and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of scale, quality, structure and benefit of universities. Through analysis of the characteristics of university management by objectives, and combined with the practical situation of the school management by objectives in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, this paper summarizes the experience and inspirations in the work and explores the way to establish a scientific and feasible university management system by objectives.
