走停式定宽机的机构分析和运动仿真 被引量:3

Mechanism analysis and motion simulation of stop-and-go slab sizing press

摘要 定宽机作为连铸连轧生产线的关键设备,在我国主要靠进口,使用中存在一定的盲目性。对德国西马克的走停式定宽机的机构组成、动作原理、机构自由度进行了分析;用Solid Works对定宽机侧压模块进行三维建模,用Solid Works Motion对侧压模块进行了运动仿真。研究结果表明:锤头对板坯的侧压过程控制在主电机转角为248°~360°范围内为宜;锤头在板坯宽度方向上运动的最大速度为352 mm·s-1,最大加速度为1648 mm·s-2,单侧最大位移为160 mm。通过将仿真曲线与实际运动状态进行对比,验证了仿真数据的正确性。 As the main equipment of hot continuous rolling strip production line, slab sizing press (SSP) was imported from abroad, and there are some blindness in application. For Germany SMS stop - and - go SSP, its mechanism composition, action principle and mechanism degree of freedom were analyzed. The 3D model of the side press module was built by SolidWorks, and the motion simulation was done by SolidWorks Motion. The results show that the main motor angle should be controlled from 248 ° to 360° in the side pressing process of die on the slab, the maximum velocity of the die in the width direction of slab is 352 mm · s-1 , the maximum acceleration is 1648 mm · s-2, and the maximum displacement of one side is 160 mm. By comparing the simulation curves with the actual motion state, the correctness of the data was verified.
