摘要
精索静脉曲张(Varicocele,VC)是男性生殖系统常见病之一,随着男性不育发病率越来越高,对VC与男性生殖关系的研究成为生殖医学的热点问题之一。近年来,对VC影响睾丸生精功能障碍机制的研究,主要着眼于睾丸温度升高、缺氧、氧化应激、返流、细胞凋亡等诸多环节,但对其确切的机制尚未阐明。探讨VC致睾丸生精功能障碍的机制对临床应用具有重要意义,本文对国内外VC致睾丸生精功能障碍的相关文献进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。
Varicocele is one of the common diseases of male reproductive system,and the relationship between varicocele and male fertility become one of the hot issues of reproductive medicine along with increase of the incidence of male infertility.For the past few years,the mechanism of spermatogenesis dysfunction induced by varicocele has focused on higher testicular temperature,hypoxia,oxidative stress,reflux,immunity,apoptosis,et al.However,the precise mechanism has not yet been elucidated.So it is of great significance to explore spermatogenesis dysfunction mechanism induced by varicocele.Based on this background,the paper reviews the literatures from China and abroad,about the mechanism of spermatogenesis dysfunction induced by varicocele.
