摘要
缄默知识是一种"只可意会不可言传"的知识。作为身体参与实践下的武术,无论是其技术内容、传递途径,抑或训练手段、教学方法,都存在大量的缄默知识。运用文献资料研究、逻辑分析等研究方法对武术缄默知识进行研究,以"在场"和"缺席"的哲学话语诠释武术传艺者和学艺者之间缄默知识的存在、发展与传递;通过对师父与徒弟、教师与学生中存在的缄默知识分析,结合缄默知识相关理论,以性质、结构、获得三个维度来全息反映武术中的缄默知识;最终通过直观体验下师生互动教学情境的建立、武术教学缄默知识的显性化表达及非正式学习文化环境的营造来提高学校武术的教学成果,完善武术对于习武者身体观、文化性的全方面培养。
Tacit knowledge is a kind of unthinkable and unspeakable knowledge. The Wushu is an event that the body is involved in the practice. We could find out that there are a lot of tacit knowledge in Wushu skill, transmission way, training means and teaching methods. In this study, by the methods of literature review, logic analysis, we explained the phenomenon that " present" and "absent" interpretation of art and Wushu philosophy discourse here the existence of tacit knowledge, development and transfer based on the tacit knowledge of Wushu. We ob- served that there was the tacit knowledge in the master and apprentice, teachers and students, so we analyzed this relationship with the relative theory of tacit knowledge to establish three dimensions of nature with structure, quality and ways of achieving to reflect the holographic of tacit knowledge in Wushu. Finally, we could improve the teaching achievements, attitude to ex- ercise, developing cultured by themselves and concept of physical training by setting up the in- teractive teaching situation in the teaching of Wushu, the direct experience of explicit expression of tacit knowledge and under informal learning environment.
