摘要
通过光谱照射生物体进行无创检测已经成为了今后医学检测的趋势,基于对光谱采集的大数据如何高效快速的进行保存和处理,本文采用了.net framework 4.0框架下C#语言作为开发工具,MYSQL作为数据库,利用硬件提供的接口进行数据交互,将实时采集的最高一次性746880条记录进行数据质量评估、FFT提取、差分提取,并将原始数据和分析后的数据高效合理的存入数据库,使得数据实时显示速度和数据读取速度提高了近一倍,对光谱的无创检测技术有重要参考价值。
It has been a trend in future medical detection that using spectrum radiation to accomplish non-invasive detection.As how to effectively and quickly retain and process the big data collecting from spectrum, the paper with C# language under net frame as a developing tool, MYSQL as a database, interfaces of hardware for interchanging data, is conducting data quality assessment, FTT extraction, differential extraction of 746880 records which is the most in one real time. The original data and analyzed data were stored into database rationally and efficiently to double the real-time data display speed and data read speed, which has significant meaning for spectrum non-invasive detection technology.
