摘要
针对直线超声电机的特点,设计了一种以FPGA为核心、基于SOPC技术和NiosⅡ软核处理器的新型超声电机驱动控制器,以控制直线型超声电机的速度和位移。该驱动控制器把CPU、DDS模块以及光栅反馈计数模块都集成在一片FPGA中,具有电子元件使用少,功耗低,易修改、易升级等特点,为超声电机的各种运动平台提供了一个良好的闭环控制系统。
On account of the characteristics of ultrasonic motor,this paper designs a new ultrasonic motor drive controller with FPGA as the core, which is based on SOPC technology and Nios Ⅱsoft-core processor to control the linear ultrasonic motor velocity and displacement. The drive controller integrates CPU, DDS module and the grating feedback counter module in an FPGA with the use of electronic components.It has the characteristic of low power consumption, easy to modify, easy to upgrade and so on, and provides a good closed-loop control system for ultrasonic motor motion platform.
